Rhonda and Kenneth McMullen started Next Day Mobility in 2011 to deliver mobility and accessibility solutions to those faced with limited physical mobility. We started in a small town in rural Maryland, serving our local community and helping both families and businesses meet their accessibility needs. Our company has grown, but it still remains in the same small town while serving the needs of four states within the Mid-Atlantic region. The small hometown values of compassion, friendliness and responsiveness to our client’s needs are still maintained as the bedrock of our core principles.

One-Year Limited Service Warranty
Next Day Mobility includes a complimentary one-year limited service warranty on each new product that we sell and install. Most manufacturers offer product warranties which cover the cost of replacement parts for various lengths of time, but paying someone to diagnose the issue and perform the repairs can become costly. Our service warranty fills in the gaps by including complimentary service calls during your first year with your new product.
Whether you’ve noticed a “funny noise” coming from your stair lift or something just feels “off” with your platform lift, you don’t have to hesitate to call us and set up a service appointment. The installers from Next Day Mobility were very personable and great to work with. I was updated regularly throughout the installation process. They were very careful and methodical all throughout the installation. Once the installation was complete, they were patient in teaching me how to use the system. They did not leave until they were sure I completely understood the proper way to safely use the chair and how to trouble shoot the system just in case a problem arose.
